Solution-approach workshops and definition of windows with HR, User-Experience definition and information inputs and outputs involved in the system.

Assemble
Building of the web application in development environments and QA. Production was successful and met policy standards.

95% of requested charters by employees, formerly done manually, are currently issued by the system.
